The beautifully themed great hall holds the four great house tables. Come here to eat, study, play chess or simply gaze at the sky above. The atmosphere of the Great hall changes with the time of year.

| The Corridors
The corridors are probably the most busiest place in Hogwarts, bar the great hall. It allows students to travel from class to class rather fluidly. The walls are high, filled with Roman arches and solid cold stone. They are remarkably beautiful, despite their simplicity.

Quidditch matches are played over an oval-shaped pitch, five hundred feet long and one hundred and eighty feet wide, with a small central circle approximately two feet in diameter.
